Commercial Maintenance Account Manager

We are seeking a key member to our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Department in the role of Account Manager based out of our Clackamas location.
Position Overview Daily management of crew and equipment to maintain HOA and Commercial properties on Eastside locations.
Manage assigned accounts.
Bidding and selling new maintenance accounts.
Bidding and selling new maintenance accounts.
Management of Crews and Equipment Hire new eastside crew members as needed.
Solve issues with crews, write up employees for disciplinary reasons.
Monitor GPS for correct time spent on each Account and to see that crew is following best route.
Report any major issues or problems with crews to Department Manager.
Monitor all accounts regularly for Quality Control.
Make sure equipment and vehicles needing repairs or service are written up and placed in Mechanics area.
Perform annual reviews.
Account Management When assigned to manage accounts act as primary contact.
Make at a minimum one site visit per Month to each account.
Set up a monthly meeting onsite with your contact(s) for HOA accounts.
Contact client a minimum of one a month to update them on your site visit, any scheduled activity by techs and what crews are doing.
Monitor irrigation on sites, adjust clocks if needed, report repairs needed to dispatch.
Monitor health of Turf, shrubs and trees on all accounts and schedule techs as needed.
Write up requested work orders as needed and provide proposal to customer.
Recommend enhancements and provide proposals to all clients to meet or exceed sales goals.
Complete all paperwork daily, turn in receipts and billings.
Monitor Contracts and renew as they come due at least one month prior to current contract ending.
Bidding and selling new maintenance accounts on Eastside locations.
Educational and Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a commercial/HOA setting.
Degree is horticulture, landscape management, or related field preferred, but not required.
Experience and knowledge of irrigation systems, PNW plant identification, plant insect & disease diagnosis.
Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Able to walk through a clients property, through all types of terrain.
Able to drive company assigned vehicle with trailer.
This position is base salary plus commission for each closed sale.
This is a full-time position with flexible, hybrid work from home & office schedule.
Work schedule is generally 6:
30m-3:
30pm, Monday-Friday, with an adjusted schedule as needed.
