The candidate will be responsible for inside sales and support, as well as support for our outside sales team, our distributors, OEM's, and end users in the industrial electric motor industry.
Candidate will assist in selecting products, both stock and custom engineered, order entry and customer service for the global manufacturer we represent.
Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax.
Provide price, availability and lead time on our products and services.
Order entry, return authorizations and credits and warranties as needed.
Monitor scheduled shipment dates and expedite as needed.
Work with freight carriers to ensure timely delivery of product or logistical issues.
Eager to learn and grow.
To perform this job successfully, candidate should demonstrate the following competencies:

Problem solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions; works well with team in problem solving situations.
Customer service - manages all customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs requests for service and assistance.

Has excellent computer skills, MS Office, Outlook, and SAP a plus.
Cooperation - establishes and maintains effective relations; exhibits tact and consideration; offers assistance and support to co-workers.
Effective time management skills in prioritizing and addressing multiple situations.
Oral communication - writes clearly and informatively.
High energy with a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs.
Teamwork - contributes to building a positive team environment.
High level of personal and professional integrity.
