This position will require the successful candidate to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
The role of a Sales Data Coordinatoris to support the sales efforts of the Wyld sales team.
The primary focus of the Data Administrator is on the daily administrative/data entry requirements on all aspects of the order fulfillment life cycle.
This will include order entry, tracking, fulfillment, credit memo processing, invoicing, and payment receipts.
Duties and Responsibilities Accurately input data into ERP system to support the creation/modification of sale orders, generate invoices and post cash receipts Handle order modifications including additions, rejects, refusals and returns following state specific compliance Supply account reports and documentation including invoices, credit memos, account payment statuses and details.
Super user for order management modules in Microsoft's ERP solution, Business Central.
Performs high-volume data entry to deliver precise and timely responses to support Sales fulfillment business processes Regular coordination with Sales Account Managers, Sales Support and Sales Operations teams Review data for deficiencies and/or errors, correcting as required based on input from Sales teams and validate outputs.

Qualifications:
Experience in sales support role Business Central ERP system experience or data entry experience strongly preferred Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Good time-management skills Familiar with CRM program(s) (e.

Salesforce) Having a vast understanding of the principles of sales Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Apps Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
Must possess basic mathematical skills:
