NetWorth Realty USA is a National Wholesale Real Estate company established in 2008, with headquarters in Austin, Texas.
We have 30 markets around the USA with plans to grow 2-3 more offices yearly.
As a NetWorth Realty team member, you will work with other licensed agents and report directly to our Manager.
We seek Licensed Real Estate Agents looking to establish a career in Wholesale Real Estate.
Your role will be to buy and sell distressed properties.
Our ideal candidate will have less than 3 years of experience as an active Real Estate Agent and the desire to build a long-term career.
We have an excellent in-house training program and only promote from within.
You will only sell to investors, not homeowners, and our transactions generally close within 30 days.
Commissions are paid twice per week.
What You Will Do:
Continually develop a network of buyers through traditional and alternative methods.
Learn how to determine ARV and comparative market analysis.
Use NetWorth Realty's proprietary software to maintain the consistency and accuracy of the pipeline.
Facilitate the sale of properties with clients and title companies.
Attend local networking events.
Sell properties from our private off-market inventory.
Identify off-market properties for purchase.
Meet with potential buyers and sellers of single-family homes.
Continually develop new relationships with attorneys, building & remodeling contractors, and estate.

Advise/assist buyers with the rehab of properties.

This is a 100% commission position, as with most real estate positions.
On-target earnings for the 1st year are $89K, and our top agent earned $793K in 2022, Managers can make more than $2MM annually.

There is no cap for our agents in any positions.
