Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of managed properties to assess their condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
Document and report findings accurately, including written descriptions, photographs, and detailed notes.
Collaborate with property owners, maintenance teams, and contractors to address maintenance and repair issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure that properties comply with safety regulations, building codes, and other applicable laws and regulations.
Provide recommendations for property improvements and upgrades to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value.
Assist with move-in and move-out inspections, documenting the condition of units and assessing any damages or necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities using property management software.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education or certifications in property management, building inspection, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in property management, construction, or a similar field is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify maintenance and repair needs accurately.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using digital tools and property management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with property owners, tenants, and team members.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and property management practices.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various properties for inspections.
