Additional responsibilities include back-up for tours and inquiries, event support and other sales & marketing related duties.
Prior to Residency After deposit is received, move-in coordinator is responsible to get necessary paperwork from resident's physician, coordinate completion of move-in paperwork and schedule assessment with Miramont Pointe's director of nursing.
Maintain contact with each reserved Resident at least weekly to support their decision.
Monitor apartment readiness; frequent communication with maintenance and housekeeping team members.
Keep the resident welcome representative informed of move-ins.
Distribute necessary documents to the following departments:
business office, dining, front desk, life enrichment, nursing and spiritual care via email and hard copies.
Frequent engagement with outside service vendors, including telecom, during the pre-move-in process.
Moving Day Welcome Resident(s), family and movers.
Arrange snacks or meals for family members and Resident(s) as needed.
Resident Orientation & Safety Training New Resident orientation to be completed within 24 hours of arrival.
Daily checks during first week to answer questions & help with adjustment.
Follow up with family members after two weeks of move-in.
Visit new resident incrementally as needed during the first 30 to 60 days of residency.
Issue 30 day survey to new Resident.
House Warming Party Encourage Resident to host a house warming party for neighborhood friends, bridge and/or church groups to visit.
Organize the party:
Mail or email invitations Plan menu with chef Coordinate dining room set up Provide tour and information on Miramont Pointe Move Outs/Transfers Work with families during move-out process.
Move out packet Exit interview Assist with all resident transfers.
Sales Back-up for walk-in and scheduled tours.
Required use of CRM daily.
Back-up for new inquires.
Monthly Events Organize 1 or 2 housewarmings monthly.
Support coordination sales and marketing events.
Quarterly Events Support one new lead generating event with other sales team members.
Reporting Responsibilities Reports to the Sales & Marketing Director The primary responsibilities of this position is to support prospective residents and their families with the move-in and move-out process at Miramont Pointe.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
