No weekends Highly recommend to be in the Clackamas area Position has potential to become full time Although, as part-time, not eligible for benefits, could be eligible for year-end bonuses depending on performance
Responsibilities:
Able to run errands, answer phone calls, schedule meetings Assist Executive Administrator in scanning, printing, or email, as needed Assist in booking flights, shopping, or helping our CEO with emails.
The go-to person for the CEO's needs Coordinate with Executive Administrator and CEO on preparing reports on CEO's activities Organized and able to maintain documents for CEO for upcoming meetings or deadlines on projects.
Create and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical Maintain calendars and schedule and coordinate with staff, if needed Support the office team on supplies and equipment inventory
Qualifications:
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have integrity of character Experience or affinity for working with older folks strongly preferred Great attitude, high interpersonal skill, able to learn, and is responsive Ability to run errands and OK with commute Able to walk up and down stairs and lift up to 20lbs Understand basic technology, including but not limited to:
typing, phones, emails Able to pass a background check Advanced multitasking skills Valid OR Driver's license High School diploma 1 year experience or more in administrative job Job Type:
