50 an hour This is a supervisory position responsible for monitoring the weekend shift operation of residential facilities supporting people with developmental disabilities.

12noon-8pm; Saturday 6:

30p ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Insure the delivery of client services and support during assigned shifts.
Provide supervision of personnel on duty during assigned shifts.
Act as the supervisor on-call for the section when on duty.
Insure adequate staffing in all houses for the weekend and oncoming shift.
Act as a member of NWMHMS management team.
Demonstrate respect for, and courtesy to consumers, co-workers, extended team members, families, supervisors, and visitors at all times.
Drive to all locations within the assigned section.
Supervises the work of the employees on duty during assigned shift, Reports supervisory issues to the house manager responsible for the employee(s).
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
