Our services include neuro visual system, vision and syntonic therapy, dry eye, ocular diseases, myopia management, infantSEE, and specialty contact lenses.
Role Description We have 3 openings for:
Full time on-site Patient Care Coordinators for the front desk in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA and Beaverton, OR.
The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring patients have a seamless patient care experience, from scheduling appointments to billing medical examinations at time of check-out.
Previous experience is not required but strongly encouraged as this position requires a lot of training and understanding of medical coding/billing and Insurance interpretation.
We are looking to fill a full time role in 3 of our 4 clinics, please indicate location when applying.
