As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling sandwiches according to customer preferences.
This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Duties - Prepare sandwiches according to customer orders, following established recipes and portion sizes - Slice, chop, and prepare ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments (must be 18
years of age) - Assemble sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency - Operate cash register and handle customer transactions - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area - Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper storage of ingredients - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests Skills - Experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred - Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members If you are passionate about creating authentic, healthy foods and breads, and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
