As the Delivery Dispatcher for our operation in Northern California, you are directly responsible for overseeing and assisting in the daily delivery of our boxes in the Bay Area which includes San Francisco, East Bay, North Bay, Sacramento, and Reno, NV.
You will manage, mentor, and develop a team of drivers who ultimately ensure that our customers have a great overall experience.
You will be reporting to the Delivery Managers and assisting them in ensuring a successful assembly and delivery of customer orders from our warehouse in San Francisco and Concord.
Skills and
Qualifications:

years experience in dispatching/driving role preferred, but not required Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements Experience managing a nimble, fast-growing team Computer skills, particularly Excel Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly organized and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Excels at independent, unsupervised work Personal cell phone to communicate with drivers in emergency situations Doesn't shy away from holding people accountable Excited about Imperfect Foods and our mission!
