Our client has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Drafter with SolidWorks experience. This is a GREAT opportunity to join a very established company and grow your career. Targeting associate's degree candidates with 0-3 years of experience within product development. This is a direct hire role!

Key Responsibilities
- Generate 3D models of pump components (impellers, volutes, etc.) for pump design, assembly drawings, and part procurement.
- Develop official assembly and component drawings, as well as related instructions, based on the created 3D models.
- Draft detailed drawings to facilitate parts fabrication by machine shops or external suppliers.
- Create 3D assemblies and drawings to ensure interference-free assembly.
- Manage processes such as Bills of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), dimensional prints, and exploded view drawings.
Requirements
- AAS Mechanical Drafting and Design or related
- 0-3 years of drafting experience within product development
- Proficient in SolidWorks 3D modeling
