All American Hearing, a national leader in providing quality hearing healthcare, has a current opening for a Director of Human Resources. This position is responsible for managing all HR department functions and works closely with the national leadership team. Special projects as needed. Up to 25% travel required.
Key responsibiliites include:
Recruitment of all positions
Organization of education programs and training for licensed hearing professionals
Coordination of company offered benefits
Coaching of staff and support of performance review process
Management of employee relations
Assistance with strategic management objectives.
1. Education - Four year degree or equivalent work history in Human Resources, Master's degree or certification a plus
2. Experience - Three to five years of management expeirence, five plus years in the HR function
3. Comfortable working with a high degree of independence
4. Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
5. Previous experience designing and leading employee training sessions
6. Expert knowledge of software systems including: Excel, Word, and Ultipro payroll system
